BRENDA is an independent optician in central Warsaw (ul. Krucza 47a, Śródmieście) offering eye exams and progressive lenses, with service in English. The eye exam takes about 45 minutes, costs 290 PLN and is included in the price when you buy glasses in the salon. Book online below or call +48 781 900 005.
The exam is performed by Norbert Brenda, refractionist and founder of BRENDA, using the ZEISS VISUCORE 500. We also serve customers in Polish, Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian.

What we do
- Progressive lenses — our specialty since 1992: ZEISS, Leica Eyecare, HOYA, Rodenstock, Seiko and Essilor Varilux. Prices are always quoted per pair; see the progressive lens price list (in Polish).
- Single-vision glasses for distance, reading, computer work and driving (including ZEISS DriveSafe).

- Prescription sunglasses, including progressive sunglasses.
BRENDA is a Leica Eyecare Certified Premium Partner (certificates 2021 and 2025). Frames and lenses are fitted, measured, purchased and collected in the salon only; we do not sell glasses online.
How the visit works
- A conversation about your needs: work distances, screen time, driving, your current glasses.
- Measurements on the ZEISS VISUCORE 500 and a refraction exam.
- Explanation of your prescription and the lens options that solve your problem.
- Frame selection and centration measurements in the frame you choose.
Bring the glasses you use now and your last prescription if you have one. If you already have a current prescription, you can come in for frame and lens fitting without an exam.
